I've been working with technology since the late 80s — before Google existed. 17 years working directly with business owners outside the marketing bubble, watching most technology investments fail for the same reason: they focused on tools instead of outcomes.

I built Profit Driven Tech because owner-operated service businesses — HVAC shops, plumbers, salons, dental offices, auto repair — are sitting on profit they don't know they're missing. Not because they're doing anything wrong. Because the tools and data that would show them where the money is leaking weren't accessible until now.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. I show up in person. I set things up so they run without me — and you own everything when I'm done.

What I focus on

Every client engagement filters through one question: does this increase profit? Not “is this cool.” Not “is this cutting edge.” Does it make you more money than it costs?

There are only three ways to grow a service business: get more customers, earn more per job, and get customers to come back more often. Most owners are only working on one. I help you find the other two.

How I think about technology

Tool-agnostic. I recommend what works, not what pays me. When a better option shows up, I bring it to you. Everything I build is modular, documented, and swappable — because it will need to be swapped eventually.
