We'd rather refund you than fight you. Chargebacks kill merchant accounts and waste everyone's time — a fast, generous refund doesn't. Here's exactly how it works.
Digital Products
Every digital product we sell — guides, templates, courses, programs — comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it isn't worth what you paid, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it. No forms, no explanation required, no arguing.
Founding Seat Deposits
A founding seat deposit holds your spot in a cohort. It is fully refundable at any time before your seat is confirmed — reply to your receipt email and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Once a seat is confirmed, the standard 30-day digital product refund above still applies to the program itself.
How to Request a Refund
Reply to the receipt email you received at checkout. That email has your order details already attached, so it's the fastest way to get it processed. If you can't find it, email admin@profitdriventech.com with the email address you used to purchase.
How Long It Takes
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
